Ingredients:
- 1 NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto®
Chococino pod - 1 cup cashew nuts (soaked in water overnight)
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
To Serve:
- Fresh cherries
- Dark chocolate shavings
- Desiccated coconut
PREPARATION:
- Drain the cashews and add to the food processor. Process for a few minutes until it becomes a fine paste.
- With the food processor still running, slowly add the Chococino agave syrup and vanilla bean paste.
- Process until smooth and creamy.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
- Layer the Chococino cream, fresh cherries, dark chocolate shavings and coconut in small bowls or mason jars.
