Ingredients:
- 1 NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto®
Ristretto pod - 1 cup dates
- ½ cup almonds
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- ⅓ cup raisins
- 1 shot espresso
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
Coating:
- Chopped almonds
PREPARATION:
- Add all the ingredients into a food processor and process for a few minutes until sticky between the fingers.
- Take 1 tbsp of the mixture and roll into balls
- Roll in chopped almonds to coat.
- Put in the fridge to firm for 20 mins, then eat whenever you need a quick energy boost!
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge. These will last a few weeks.
