Lungo frappé with vanilla ice cream and dark chocolate

- Handmixer
- Mixer
Ingredients:
- 4 capsules of NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Lungo
- 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 150ml whipping cream
- 20g powdered sugar
- 1 vanilla bean
- Crushed Ice
- Dark chocolate flakes
Preparation:
- Prepare the Lungo, let it cool down and store it in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Pour the whipped cream into a mixing bowl, then add the pulp of the vanilla pod and powdered sugar. Place the mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Take it out and beat the chilled mixture till it’s stiff.
- Mix espresso with vanilla ice cream and fill into glasses.
- Add crushed ice, garnish with a large portion of vanilla ice cream and sprinkle the chocolate flakes.
