    Grande Intenso pod
  • 200g dried figs
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp cardamom
  • ⅛ tsp cloves
  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp orange zest

To serve

  • 400g Greek yoghurt
  • Crushed walnuts


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium sized saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes
  2. Allow to cool to room temperature on the counter. Then cover and refrigerate until ready to serve
  3. Spoon 100g of Greek yoghurt into four glasses
  4. Top each glass with coffee fig compote and crushed walnuts
