Ingredients:

  • 1 NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto®
    Chococino pod
  • 1 cup cashew nuts (soaked in water overnight)
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste

To Serve:

  • Fresh cherries
  • Dark chocolate shavings
  • Desiccated coconut

Cherry Chococino Cashew Parfait

PREPARATION:

  1. Drain the cashews and add to the food processor. Process for a few minutes until it becomes a fine paste.
  2. With the food processor still running, slowly add the Chococino agave syrup and vanilla bean paste.
  3. Process until smooth and creamy.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
  5. Layer the Chococino cream, fresh cherries, dark chocolate shavings and coconut in small bowls or mason jars.
