Ingredients:

  • 1 NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto®
    Cappuccino pod
  • ½ large pear
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Toppings:

  • Drizzle of honey

Method to serve 1

  1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees.
  2. Cut the pear into small equal pieces.
  3. Arrange the pear at the bottom of 6 small ramekins and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
  4. Blend the Cappuccino pod with the corn flour into a smooth mixture, and then add the remaining ingredients and mix well to combine.
  5. Put the ramekins in a baking dish filled half way with boiling water and bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes.
  6. Let cool for 20 minutes and transfer to refrigerator to chill for 2 hours.
  7. Serve cold with a drizzle of honey.
