Ingredients:

  • 1 NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto®
    Ristretto pod
  • 1 cup dates
  • ½ cup almonds
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut
  • ⅓ cup raisins
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

Coating:

  • Chopped almonds

PREPARATION:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a food processor and process for a few minutes until sticky between the fingers.
  2. Take 1 tbsp of the mixture and roll into balls
  3. Roll in chopped almonds to coat.
  4. Put in the fridge to firm for 20 mins, then eat whenever you need a quick energy boost!
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. These will last a few weeks.
