Ingredients:
- 1 NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto®
Grande Intenso pod - 200g dried figs
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp cardamom
- ⅛ tsp cloves
- ⅛ tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp orange zest
To serve
- 400g Greek yoghurt
- Crushed walnuts
PREPARATION:
- Combine all the ingredients in a medium sized saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes
- Allow to cool to room temperature on the counter. Then cover and refrigerate until ready to serve
- Spoon 100g of Greek yoghurt into four glasses
- Top each glass with coffee fig compote and crushed walnuts
